We’re happy to announce that Marnie O’Brien has joined the Thornhill Park Team as a Customer Care Consultant. Marnie has over 14 years of experience in customer service and is here to help our homeowners through their purchaser journey.
Tell us about what your role entails?
As the Customer Care Consultant, I’m the main contact for general enquiries residents might have. I’m available if homeowners want to discuss the Design Guidelines. Before plans are submitted, I can help purchasers go through their plans, so they know they will be approved once submitted. I look after the fencing and make sure guidelines are adhered to. I also ensure that landscaping is done and complete.
What are you most excited about in your role?
I love watching a community grow. I have over 14 years of experience in customer service within the community space for land developments, and I’m excited to help the Thornhill Park homeowners and watch their houses come out of the ground and become a home.
