The wellbeing and safety of our community is, and has always been, our highest priority. We are taking the public concerns around Coronavirus very seriously.
As per current World Health Organisation advice, we are continuing to operate our services as per normal. We are checking this advice daily and if the situation changes we will update this information accordingly.
During this time, we are offering increased flexibility to customers in regards to contacting our team and are encouraging all our providers to take extra precautions pertaining to health and safety.
Flexibility for the community
We appreciate that the situation is evolving daily and we have updated our policy to be as flexible as possible. If you (or someone in your household) is unwell, you can schedule a video call with our team. Book a time that suits you by clicking here. How are we keeping you safe?
- All of our team members are taking extra precautions during this time to ensure health and safety is at the forefront of everything they do.
- We have also advised the team on extra cleaning and hygiene procedures they should carry out during this time to reduce the chance of infection. This may include carrying hand sanitiser or antibacterial wipes as well as encouraging visitors to wash their hands on arrival.
- If any of our team members are unwell or have been travelling internationally in an impacted region, they are not working with us for 14 days as per the World Health Organisation’s directive.
- If you or your family is unwell (runny nose, fever, coughing, sneezing), we ask that you continue to self-quarantine for the time being. We trust you understand this is for the health and safety of all our community. As above, we have updated our scheduling policy so if you or your guests are unwell, you can reschedule your event free of charge.
