The beginning of this year has been challenging for our team on site across all phases of construction. Site inundation with rain and run off, extreme heat days and poor air quality have either halted construction or reduced efficiency across all construction fronts. Whilst we remain dedicated to achieving titles on Stages in the shortest possible timeframe, these unseasonal environmental influences have required us to review our programs across the estate. All of our programs now incorporate additional time required to ensure we can complete all Stages in a timeframe that respects unexpected delays that are beyond our construction team’s control.
That being said, we excitedly anticipate practical completion on four Stages in the next two months, which comprise over 230 residential lots. We are also busy finalising land areas that in the future will support; a private primary school, landscape architect designed waterways, parklands, wetlands and a local activity centre. We look forward to sharing drone footage of the estate shortly.
