Hi Charmaine, can you tell us what your role entails?

As an Estate Manager for Thornhill Park my role covers various tasks, some of which are:

My role is firstly greeting and welcoming clients to the Thornhill Park Sales Suite, while giving them an overview of the masterplan and what the project has to offer and highlight key selling features. Importantly, I providing them relevant solutions as to which blocks of land or house and land package within Thornhill Park will work best to meet all of their needs.

Responding to and following up to enquiries generated via walk-ins, phone, emails, social media, builder and referral partners, is a vital aspect in my role. I ensure I maintain a strong working relationships with our builder partners by visiting them weekly as well as retaining rapport with our finance and conveyancing network.

Once the client has decided to proceed with the purchase, we go through the relevant information regarding the contract of sale and any queries they may have regarding the purchase. I always ensure a great relationship is upheld with purchasers until their land has titled and settled.

What are buyers generally looking for in a new community?

Proximity to public transport, easy access to the freeway and shopping and retail stores
is a key element for all buyers. Schools and child care centres as well as parks and recreational facilities is always a must for families. Living within a neighbourhood close to family and friends is great for potential buyers.

How does Thornhill Park provide ‘something for everyone’?

Thornhill Park is a brand new master planned community with a total of 1300 lots. Parks throughout, a proposed brand new train station, bus service, future Town Centre, two proposed primary schools and all within walking distance appeals to everyone.

It is a pleasure to work for a prestigious project like Thornhill Park as it is a master planned community. The estate has a lot to offer, which enables me to work with families who are looking to build their first or second home. Helping and guiding them through the process to achieve them building their dream home.
